As a marketer, my approach always comes back to the connection between a brand and its audience. Yes, data can teach us so much, but the feeling someone gets when they interact or associate with a brand is extremely important and usually unquantifiable. Therefore, my intention as a marketer is to understand those feelings and humanize brands so they can authentically connect with their audiences.
As a strategist, my approach is all about simplicity. Rather than introducing and applying complex frameworks, I work to find the core issues a company or industry is facing, and then create realistic and understandable goals, processes, or other initiatives that address those issues. Let’s be honest, strategy work seems intimidating, but in the end it is all about understanding, planning, and executing ideas that will benefit a company or industry.
